Placing Orders

Orders can be placed directly through our online store. Simply add items to your cart and follow the secure checkout prompts to complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.

Modifications

To change or cancel an order, please contact support immediately. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate requests before the shipping label is generated.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Delays

If your order is delayed or missing beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to sales@jacksonempirellc.org. We will initiate a trace with the carrier to resolve the issue swiftly.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at sales@jacksonempirellc.org with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Refund Issuance

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Shipping Costs & International Notes

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. For international clients, please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by region.
